Welcome to Storybrooke Lodge (f.k.a. Swimming Bear Lodge)! Nestled in Black Bear Ridge and just minutes from Pigeon Forge Parkway, this stunning 5-level cabin offers over 6,000 sqft of living space and sleeps 48. With 8 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a game room, home theater, private heated indoor pool, hot tub, Wi-Fi throughout, parking for 8 vehicles, and serene wooded views, it’s perfect for large groups and families. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, so bring your furry friends along!

Main Level:
Step inside to find the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and two king bedrooms with full baths.

Comfortable seating and a electric fireplace set the tone in the living room, accompanied by a large HDTV for entertainment. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and counter seating for 12, plus 16 bar counter seating and the dining tables seats 14 guests comfortably.

Each of the two bedrooms on this floor offers a king bed, large HDTV, and an en-suite full bathroom featuring a step-in shower and jetted tub. Both bedrooms also have access to a private balcony.

Just off the front porch, the cook-out area includes a gas grill and two charcoal grills for outdoor dining.

Upper Level 1:
Ascend to the second level with spacious game area, shared full bath and 2 bedrooms with en-suite baths.

The game room is fully equipped with a pool table, three arcade games, foosball, a large fridge, 2 sleeper sofas, and a full bathroom with tub/shower.

The 1st bedroom features a king bed, a sleeper sofa, HDTV, private balcony, and an en-suite full bathroom with step-in shower and jetted tub.
The 2nd bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with similar amenities.

Upper Level 2: Top Floor/Loft
The top floor contains two separate bedroom areas connected by a catwalk.

Each bedroom features 2 Triple Queen Bunks, perfect for the kids.

Lower Level 1:
Downstairs from the main level, find the home theater, laundry area, 2 more bedrooms and a full bath.
The theater boasts 16 cinema-style seats and a large HDTV.

A laundry closet with washer and dryer adds convenience.

The 1st bedroom features a king bed and access to the deck.
The 2nd bedroom offers a king bed, queen bunk, sleeper sofa and deck access.
These 2 bedrooms share a Jack 'n Jill bathroom with step-in shower.

Lower Level 2: Pool Level
At the lowest level, enjoy the heated indoor pool, a half bath, and step outside to the deck featuring a soothing hot tub.
