Wonderful stay

The cabin is beautiful! We made a trip with friends. We had 7 kids total and there was plenty of sleeping space and plenty of room for the kids to hangout. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

A/C wasn’t working first night

The house was beautiful and the views were awesome. When we arrived the A/C wasn’t working!! Which made us pretty upset! We slept half the night sweating. I did call the company to tell them that the A/C wasn’t working and they tried helping me over the phone. We tried resetting the brake downstairs twice and it still didn’t work. A night shift worker drove an hour to get to the cabin at 3am and he was able to fix it. But despite that everything was clean and comfortable. The first floor was hot even with the A/C on.

Beautiful Views

The cabin was clean, however it needs to be treated for German roaches. The views are beautiful. The cabin is located in a neighborhood with steep narrow roads and only one way in and one way out. When the cabin across the street caught on fire, we were unable to check-in for several hours or get out because the streets were blocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

perfect.

We had a great experience . Some little things bothered us. We were told there wasn’t gonna be a Christmas tree for us to bring our own , turns out there were 2 upon arrival after we crammed ours into our car. (No big deal) did see a few roaches, and the heart tub was really dirty :( . But other than that we did have a great time, and the home was lovely .

Amazing views!

We stayed with 10 people aged 13-73. Bedrooms on each level worked well with younger guests able to stay up later and not disturb people on the other levels. The air conditioning had not worked for several days prior to our arrival as the inside temperature was 85 degrees upon arrival. The issue was fixed but took overnight to cool off. The kitchen could use more plates as we scrambled to find enough plates for all to use. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.

Beautiful view, medium stay

There was so much great about this property. The beautiful view and the different sleeping options were great. The hot tub was less than half full making it not really usable. A lot of the dishware was sticky. No coffee/filters. Dust in so many places. I wish I could give a perfect review but I can’t. Furniture even seemed dirty.

Fabulous Views and Convenient location

We enjoyed sitting on the upper and lower decks that overlooked the Smoky Mountains and convenience to area attractions. Home is spacious with rustic furnishing. Views are amazing. Home needs some repairs, specifically plumbing. Linens and towels are worn. Mattresses are worn and not covered with mattress protectors or pads. Carpeting in game room smelled a little musty. Overall, it is a cozy cabin in a charming community.

Wonderful stay

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds were very comfortable. It’s close to all the attractions but has a remote feel that we wanted. The wifi works great. The view from the deck is beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Family weekend

The house was just the perfect size for our family weekend. About an hour after we arrived we had 4 bears playing in the yard. The way up to the house was a bit nerve wrecking. But the view was beautiful. Only negative I have is: If you have older grandparents with you just be careful the showers are a bit slippery.

Awesome views!

If you’re looking for great views, this is the place! Very quiet area. Short drive to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Trail heads also very close for hiking. Check out Laurel Falls. Easy hike and awesome waterfall views. Plenty of room for 2 families to share. We loved our stay in Fox Hollow! Wish it could have been longer. Thanks.
