This charming property boasts an unbeatable location with stunning ocean and bay views, just across from the 1770 waterfront foreshore. ideal for a family vacation, the foreshore features safe, calm swimming year-round, as well as a park with free BBQs, a kids' playground, and plenty of grassy areas for the little ones to enjoy plus the family pet.

For boating enthusiasts, the 1770 boat ramp and marina are just 1 km away, making a day of fishing effortless. With restaurants and cafes within easy strolling distance, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips

Property Highlights:
• Historical Charm Meets Modern Comfort: One of the original properties in 1770, now updated for a contemporary stay.
• Accommodations: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 8 guests (maximum 6 adults).
• Pet-Friendly: Small, non-shedding dogs (max 2) are welcome indoors (not on furniture or in bedrooms) or dogs can also stay outside.

• Sleeping Arrangements:
o Two bedrooms with queen beds, including linen.
o Third bedroom with 2 sets of bunks, also with linen provided.

• Lounge Area: Comfortable seating with free WiFi.
• Bathroom: Includes both a bath and shower.

• Outdoor Living: Deck with flat top bar balustrade offering breathtaking ocean and bay views. Enjoy a BBQ on the Weber grill in the fenced grassy area with seating.

• Parking: on street parking is available for 2 cars and a boat subject to availability. (note: parking up the driveway is not permitted/steep).
• Access: Railed stairs lead to the front door.

Bedrooms are small with no wardrobes. The tv remote was small, overused and unresponsive . Couldn't get the aircon to cool. kitchen was overrun with ants. Very steep access, had to park in the street, not suitable for people with any mobility issues.
