"早朝から複数人の子供が廊下や部屋で騒ぎ出し、大人も注意することがなかった。 10分くらい我慢しフロントへでんわしたが、対応したのかどうかわからない。 20分以上大声で話をしていた。その後、寝られなくなってしまい、寝不足の1日であった。監視カメラや宿泊記録があるだろうから、出禁にして欲しいくらいです。毎月利用しているホテルですが、この様なことが起きたのは初めてです。今後は、対応を速やかにしてもらいたいです。"

"The hotel is incredible. It's very spacious and has a very outstanding decoration. I only sensed that the fragrance might not be the right one because it failed a little bit humid odor. The check-in time can't improve. Other than that, this is one of the best hotels to consider to stay in Jakarta definitely. It offers are really nice value for price one of the best I will go back"

Everything was excellent — the people, the service, the rooms, the breakfast, and even the pricing. The swimming pool was great, very clean and relaxing. Room service was also impressively fast, whether ordering food or requesting room cleaning. The staff made us feel truly welcome and provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. A perfect experience from start to finish — I would definitely come back again!"

Serviced every day and cleaned to a very high standard. Amenities were good. Location walking distance from Lotte Mall very convenient. Most importantly, staff were extremely friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my stay."
