"It’s a fine place to stay to be close to CDG terminals. The only one unfortunate thing about it is the charge you’ll to pay just to keep your luggage safe while waiting for your flight after checking out. It should have been a courtesy to guests that most decent hotels would offer."

"Brilliant hotel, brilliant staff, brilliant location. The shuttle service to Disney was spot-on—timely and convenient. However, the return journey wasn’t quite as smooth, especially on Sunday when the fireworks end at 22:20 and the last shuttle departs at 22:45. We nearly missed it due to the usual post-show crowds and delays leaving the park. I’m not sure how much control the hotel has over the shuttle schedule, but that was the only minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay."

"Citizen M is my go-to at CDG. I've stayed there about 12 times and have enjoyed it every time. It's consistently a great value. Very convenient to the train station, and also convenient to all of the terminals. Very clean and well-organized, with highly efficient rooms. Great food and beverage options at the bar/dining area, and outstanding espresso drinks for those early morning blast-offs."

"Check in was quick and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small buthad really good facilities. The only thing inwould change is to have a toaster instead of a coffee machine as there is already a kettle. Unfortunately the noise dies travel through the wall and on one night there was a very noisy neighbour but overall idhappily stay again. This was my third stay "
