"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"

The location was great, with an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff were especially lovely and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. "Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"Great hotel if you’re not fussed about food breakfast or the pool. Staff were the only thing which was great apart from the sea view room ofcourse. We enjoyed our stay inside the room but hotel seemed to have some smell. Parking also was super busy hotel didn’t have private spots."
