It was a beautiful property. For the price the quality of the breakfast could have been better, and we asked for a bag to be mailed and they wouldn’t do it because it was a Sunday. We had hoped to not have to bring it on the train again. Overall, however, the staff was great and the property is beautiful and conveniently located.

Overall it was a great experience. The only things I would critique would be the pillows were pretty awful and they only gave one at first. We were hoping the room would have had the A/C already on the day we checked in to help with the brutal heat that week in Florence. Asides from these minor inconveniences the staff were very friendly and even accommodated us checking in at 1:00 AM. It was a pleasant stay.
