「Was a bit noisy outside our room, however the room its self was comfy with a good shower & comfy bed」

「Great, quiet rooms, bed made every day, fresh towels every day. Room cleaned every day. Actually use bleach to clean the bathroom. This is how it should be. Most other hotels in the area think they doing you a favour if they give you one fresh towel in a week, or claim it it is for the environment not to clean your room every day. More like for their pockets.」

「We stayed in one of the cottages which although a bit dated offer a lot of space and character. The room itself was spotless and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Loftsome bridge although off a main road for convenience is lovely and quite due to it being a good distant back from it, so you get the best of both worlds a good nights sleep and connectivity to all the local attractions with York not being too far away. Guest kitchen area/breakfast room fully stocked with with various breakfast items ranging from eggs to bread, fresh pots of fruit, cerial, pastries and even fresh coffee if thats what you desire. I would definitely recommend this B&B.」

The hotel has accessible rooms which complied with our specific requirements. Well designed rooms with regulation fixtures and fittings but with an old world feel. 「The staff were very welckming on reception.and in the dinng area but however i found there was too much noise going on while we were here not sure what was going on it appeared to be some renovation work but it kept us awake for 2 out of 3 nights also it was very hot for sleeping breakfast was very good didnt disappoint and staff were great 」
