「Gorgeous location Cute and large room. Should replace mattresses and area rugs 」

「The house and host was great. Between the hot tub and mini golf, the house provides a great escape about 20min by car from Bern (You will appreciate a car, eventhough you could get there via ÖV). I found it very suitable for a family stay. The four bedrooms provide plenty of space, but be aware that there are only two showers so for a stay of multiple couples, the master on-suite needs to be shared. As we came with very close friends, this wasn't a problem, but take this into consideration. In...

「I had a little bit of trouble in getting the reservation number in a timelymanner, which was necessary to activate the Bern "welcome" card, which is different from the Expedia one. Butafter a couple of requests, I got it over a phone call, just before getting on a tram, so no problem after all, but maybe for some people it might be stressful to ask many times, so it might be better if you could provide the number more systematically (a friend who stayed at a different hotel received it...
