The single-level home was recently remodeled to feature new flooring and furnishings throughout. You will find 1,623 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to easily accommodate up to six guests

Entering the home through the front door, you will step into the main living space, with the living room, kitchen and dining area

Living Room: Features modern furnishings including a contemporary sectional, Smart TV with cable and an open, airy ambiance brought by the vaulted ceilings. The wood stove is not operational

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, along with new counters and cabinetry

Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six and is surrounded by windows to bring in the natural light

We really enjoyed our time in Sedona. The parking pass was great, because we did a lot of hiking and the books about the local trails were very helpful. Also loved soaking in the hot tub in the evenings. Will definitely stay here our next time in Sedona

10/10…..wouldn’t change a thing. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, cozy back porch….overall great weekend getaway. When we get back to Sedona, we will definitely stay here!

Spacious, clean. Great location, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Located very close to restaurants, grocery stores, playgrounds and hiking locations. Well equipped kitchen. The back patio and hot tub was a great place to relax.

Very nice property in a central location. Interior was immaculate and exterior has nice landscaping. Hot tub, grill, and fire pit all worked well and were enjoyed.

Very nice neighborhood and clean house

The house is spacious and has all of the amenities you need. It's a great location to grocery store and hiking areas. The spa was fantastic in the evening after a long day of hiking.

Everything about this property was perfect. Extremely clean, beds and linens were so comfy, spacious home, beautiful and quiet neighborhood and the location was the best!! Management was prompt in answering any questions and the home has very helpful notes and booklets available! We will visit this property again!

Perfect for our getaway

Property is as listed. Beds & pillows are very comfortable, we all slept well after days of hiking. The backyard hot tub was also great. Had a slight issue with the heater, as it snowed while we were there, but the mgmt company was very responsive and quick to fix it. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay, the location was ideal, close to everything we needed, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood for a peaceful retreat. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished with all-new furniture, making it feel fresh and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights during our weekend away. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. Great house and location

Sedona is beyond beautiful and we loved our stay for a girls trip. We had lots of space and the house had everything we needed. Location was close to everything and we enjoyed the patio/ fire pit & hot tub daily . Do not hesitate to book this property . It was nicely decorated and clean

Wonderful time in Sedona!

The property was very clean and had everything that we needed for our 3 night stay. We enjoyed the hot tub also. We took a train ride through the Verde Canyon and had a delicious dinner at the Mesa Grill. We will definitely be back!

This property is well loved

This property is well loved as it is very well taken care of. The house and hot tub are clean and tidy. The property is perfectly located to many hiking trailheads and uptown. The hot tub is kept clean weekly by a cleaning company. When we return to Sedona, we will look to stay at this property again!

Beautiful home with a lot of space for my wife and I. Great hot tub, kitchen with modern appliances and anything you need for a meal. Laundry area was large. Back deck was large and comfortable. Perfect location! Great home!

Family time in Sedona

It was a nice basic house with expected amenities. We especially enjoyed the dining area with windows all around. A great spot for dining and playing cards. The 2 king sized beds were a bonus since we were 2 couples plus a single. Although the 2nd king bed needed some leveling work which we addressed to the rental agent. The hot tub was enjoyable as was the back covered porch.

Great option while exploring Sedona

We really enjoyed our stay at this home, which has been well maintained and updated for an older home. The outdoor area is a great place to spend time when it's not too hot, and importantly the A/C worked very well, much appreciated as the temperature rose towards three digits. It's hard to find multiple bedrooms with king sized beds, but this place does it well! Our only suggestions are that the provided shampoo and conditioner seemed very poor to us, and the shower could really use a shelf or basket to hold them. We'd gladly stay here again.

Great location, lovely house!

Hi! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others!What we loved: (1) Location was perfect - close to shops and restaurants, but still nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning view of red rocks. (2) The house was spacious and well laid out - exactly what we needed. (3) The kitchen is well stocked and the fridge has filtered water so we didn’t need to buy bottled water for our stay. (4) The hot tub was awesome.What needs improvement: (1) One of the queen beds had an unstable base causing the mattress to sink. (2) The master bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and didn’t really work- felt like a sauna after one shower. (3) The “operational instructions” in the house binder could include more/better info about how to remove the hot tub cover easily and use of the washer/dryer.

Perfect in West Sedona

This is a great property in West Sedona. We've stayed closer to uptown Sedona in the past, but we really liked staying in West Sedona this time. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had just about everything you'd need (I'd recommend adding a large salad / mixing bowl and some foil and plastic wrap). And the bathrooms were very nice too. Also thanks for having regular cable TV (many properties do not offer it). We also enjoyed the use of the garage. And there is even a trail head (Ridge / Bandit trail) in the neighborhood and walking distance from the property. It's a nice easy hike or stroll. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for the walking sticks and for the Red Rock pass and guide books. It was all very helpful and made our stay that much better. Also the communication with the property management was flawless. The check in and prep for arrival with suggestions for things to do and restaurants and stores was great! As was the clear check out instructions that I got emailed the day before. Very professional!
