"Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was great and staff was super friendly and helpful. Pretty walkable to everything. This hotel has a free breakfast but for some reason and not the fault of the hotel, I just wasn’t feeling it. Close to lots of restaurants and not too far away to a Whole Foods which I wound up going to the most for food. Would definitely stay here again."

"I arrived around midnight and was greeted with good cheer, informed about the lobby coffee, area restaurants, bikes, and rooftop. My room was comfortable and clean and the wifi worked well. I liked having a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea/coffee in the room as well as basic tableware like mugs and a sink--all in a small compact space. I appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade. This was a convenient spot to stay-I had about a 15 minute walk to my conference hotel. Third st north of the hotel is suffering from the 'buses only' traffic flow. It's looking pretty barren. But Second street a block away is lovely and hosts interesting restaurants and lively night life. There's a breakfast spot next door with a discount for hotel guests which I didn't try. Next time! I would definitely stay there again."

Every type of room is spacious, comfortable and feels luxurious, the staff is always welcoming, great service at the bar and with in-room dining plus 4 wonderful restaurant/café options on site, it can't be beat! Location is also absolute perfection. "

"When we were there, the hotel was doing some remodeling. So that impacted our stay. Based on the operation of the hotel other than the remodeling, I would think it would be a 5-star experience under normal circumstances."
