"The hotel is horrible. It’s being used for transitional housing and the clientele is not what you’d expect for a hotel. We showed up to people smoking outside the front door, people almost getting in fights and terrible room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, had a hole in the wall and empty kitchen cabinets. We bailed after one night and paid to stay elsewhere for the rest of our trip. Avoid at all costs."

"We booked this hotel for one night before we set sail on our cruise, and it ended up being the perfect choice! Upon check-in, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and let us know that the hotel offered a shuttle to the cruise pier. That was a huge plus because we didn’t have to worry about finding an Uber the next morning. The hotel itself had several restaurants, along with a convenient marketplace for quick bites and essentials. We were starving when we arrived, so we were especially grateful that we didn’t have to go around looking for somewhere to eat. They had pretty much everything we needed right there! Overall, it was the perfect place for us to stay before our cruise. Convenient, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed!"
