Great breakfast

The hotel location is good, just a few minutes walk away from Union station where you can have so many different kinds if food. I gave the hotel 3 stars because of their bad customer service. I left my recently just brought black shirt in the room-203 where I hanged it in the closet but forgot to take it with me when I checked out next morning. In the same night, i called the front desk, an front desk staff said he will look into it. The next morning, i called the hotel front desk again. One staff said he will checked with housekeeper manager and called me back. he did call me back and let me know they did not find anything left in the room after i checked out. there was no guest moved in the room after I checked out that day. i remembered I left it on the hanger in the closet. After I told them again and again , but they insisted on not having my shirt there. I am very disappointed with their services in this point and I believed that someone who cleared the room had it because it is a very unique shirt with nice embroidery which you can not find in Canada. So please remember not leave your stuffs in the hotel room after check-out because they will be gone and the hotel will not help you to find it. It is a shame for a nice hotel to get a bad review just because of this. Maybe the front desk staffs should deal with it in a better way. i knew someone working for the hotel had my shirt.
