「スタッフの対応や施設、全て素晴らしかったです。唯一、窓の防音が緩く、外の音がうるさく感じました。」

「Erica and the Ode were awesome. Little Portugal was a super organic and safe place to hangout. Lots of cool coffee and places to eat. The Ode was accommodating and helpful with all our needs. We loved the room and all its amenities. We’ll be coming back.」

「This is at best a bougie hostel. There are places in Toronto for similar prices that have functioning AC, drawers with clothing items belonging to previous guests (someone's nasty socks), and parking available to guests (the listing here says it has parking, but that is a lie - you have to use city parking). All communication with the property management is through text. We texted them about how warm the room was (AC not functioning), and they gave a blanket statement about Green initiatives...
