「Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results.」

「There was no notification of how to get in if you arrive late. When my flight came in after midnight, I went straight to the hotel. I called the hotel, but nobody picked up the phone. There was no buzzer, or indication of how to contact the hotel after hours. My worst nightmare! Nobody cared enough to think about how I will get in. And to add insult to injury, there was a fence at least 4 meters high or 5 meters high, to keep me from getting inside. Eventually, I had to call the local police,...

「I have no problem with the hotel but hotels.com. I could not check in immediately after I arrived because the hotel did not receive any notification from hotels.com. Then I contacted the customer service but it also failed to resolve the issue. The agent even asked me the phone number of the hotel so she/he can contact them. So so disappointed with hotels.com」

「コルカタ観光にとても便利な立地でした。 特に食事には全く困りません。有名なチキンシチュー徒歩30秒、ビリヤニ激戦区になってるニューマーケットまでも歩いていけます。 日本人でしたら、設備的にも快適にすごせるはずです。 ラリット自体の朝食も種類が豊富ですし、カレーも辛すぎないし、野菜がしっかり取れました。 初日ハウラー駅に着いた際に大雨の中Uberが見つからず、ずぶ濡れになって到着したのですが、すぐに部屋を用意していただき、感謝です。 また、お名前がわかりませんが、いつも丁寧に迎えてくれて、荷物をあづかったりして下さった、お若い男性にもありがとうです。」

「この2年ほどの間に7回ほど宿泊していますが、最近ベッドのシーツが湿っていることが多く、前回は生乾きの臭いがし、今回は枕の裏とベッドのシーツと布団の隙間に虫が数匹わいていました。思い出したくない経験です。 クリーニングの業者が変わったのでしょうか？ ホテル自体はとても綺麗で清潔感があり、朝食も種類が豊富で美味しいので非常に残念です。」

「親切でフレンドリーなスタッフにたくさん助けてもらいました。朝食も美味しかった。場所も便利なところで、ヴィクトリアメモリアルやショッピングエリアも歩いていけます。女性一人旅でしたが、安心してコルカタの旅を楽しめました。コルカタに来たらまた必ずここに滞在します。」
