"The hotel staff are exceptionally well-trained, truly living up to the reputation of the Novotel brand. However, I have one point to mention. I opted for the lounge access plan, assuming it would grant access to a typical business lounge on an upper floor during the day. In reality, the plan provides complimentary access to the bar lounge on the first floor during the 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM happy hour. Since the lounge often reaches full capacity, I believe this requires clearer explanation."
