「We had a fantastic stay at this charming beach house! It was the perfect size for our family of four—cozy and welcoming. The location truly cannot be beaten. We loved being just a short walk/drive from the beach, and having so many different, vibrant beach towns just minutes away made exploring the area incredibly easy. We spent our days hopping between different boardwalks, shops, and local restaurants, and it was always wonderful to come back to this quiet, peaceful home base.A quick tip for...

「This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...

「Great location, right across the street from the beach. Room was exactly as described, very clean and had all the essentials.」

「We had a great time. Nicely done」

「It was a nice quaint cottage, clean and well appointed with a well stocked kitchen and AC for the hot days. We could walk to beach, restaurants and stores. The few draw backs were that there was no parking on the property for us. We had to drop off our things and elder father then park car around the corner. The parking area was next to a marsh that would get flooded in some areas from evening high tide. There was no closet or luggage rack in the rooms for storage. Otherwise great location...

「This is a charming, cozy unit in a renovated historic hotel. The room was very pretty, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location was great. Right across the street from the beach and at the beginning of the boardwalk. Because of its location towards the building’s back, it was quiet.Communication was excellent. My questions were answered immediately. Highly recommend.」

「Clean and as advertised! The stairs may be tricky for some since they are older and steep. However we had no problems and the host was extremely easy to communicate with! 」
