The third bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has access to the enclosed courtyard and hot tub. Laundry room & garage are accessible through one of the main bedrooms. Inside the garage there is a Rivian wall charger for electric vehicles available.

The open living & dining space is ideal for entertaining. It has a large kitchen island with breakfast bar, dining table, & sitting area with a fireplace. There is a wrap around hallway with meadow & ocean views that leads to a craft table, family room, artist's loft and a private courtyard with hot tub. Puzzles & games are available.

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 4 (four), with a 2-car garage available. No RV's
Maximum occupancy is 10 for this home.
