"Arrived and was checked in , was not happy to find out about pet upcharge fee. Should have been clearly stated on the wed. No big matter I understand. I was sick upon arrival and it only got worse through the night. Made a mess in the room. Apologized to the check out staff, booked room for return trip. Would recommend this place. Very clean , good service friendly staff . Left a pet bed hope it’s there when I return next week ."

The staff were great, helpful and friendly and the room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the bar meals in Trax were good value for money. My only regret was that I couldn’t stay longer. "
