「I had a lovely stay at the Mull Hotel and Spa. The hotel and food were lovely. The staff were on another level amazing. They were friendly, helpful, attentive and so hardworking. They made the whole stay so special with such an amazing level of customer service. I'd like to especially mention the Head Receptionist, Holly. She was so.helpcul and friendly.

「Pros: Friendly staff. Fantastic English breakfast. Great location, walking distance from the ferry terminal and all stores near the Stronmess waterfront. Even without an elevator, the parking location made it easy to access the room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Showers had nice high water pressure that gave a massage feeling.
Cons: The building is historic, so the floors had older carpet. Newer flooring, e.g. newer carpet or luxury vinyl plank could improve the stay experience.

「This was a beautiful rural property with lots of character. the road in was a single lane road with lots of potholes, but once entering the property the driveway was great with easy parking. rooms were large on a courtyard configuration. On site restaurant served excellent food and staff was outstanding . The complimentary continental breakfast was awesome and a lot more then we have experienced in other establishments. An outstanding stay and will highly recommend.」
