「静かで過ごしやすく、またレストランの朝食、夕食が美味しかったです。」

「雰囲気は最高です。特にレストランで手前の芝生越しに見える海岸線や、その先に見える対岸の羊たちを見ながらの食事は、他ではそう経験できない貴重なものでした。夕食は熟成ハイランド牛とポークを食べましたが、素材のうまさがよく出てておいしかったですし、地元のウィスキー・タリスカーも景色とマッチして最高でした。一部の口コミでレストランのスタッフに対する不満がありますが、私たちに対するサービスは良かったです。半面、部屋は狭く、非効率な造りで、スーツケースを2つ広げたら座る場所が十分に確保できないほどで、利用に苦心しました。また、部屋でのwifi利用も絶望的に悪いです。ただ、ロビー近くの暖炉の前のソファに座っていても変に干渉されることもなく快適に過ごせたので、部屋にさえいなければすべて快適と開き直る考え方もあるかもしれません。総合的に見れば、それほど素晴らしいホテルです。」

Ensures that we were happy with the room selection and was more than happy to help with all questions and to suggest dining options. 「当日は、スカイ島観光後、少し遅く到着の予定で、その旨連絡をしていましたが、あと少しで橋を渡れるかと思っていたところ前方で交通事故があったらしく車の流れが止まってしまい2時間ほど動かなくなり、明るいうちにと思っていたのに到着したのは23時を過ぎてしまいました。片言の英語で状況を説明、宿泊させていただきました。チェックインは22時までになっていたので、もしかすると車中泊りにとも、覚悟していたのでたすかりました。」

「Stayed with family for 3 nights. We loved this place. Ample parking spaces. Restaurant and grocery stores nearby. Breakfast lounge was stocked with cereal, milk, utensils etc. Only suggestion I'd give would be to replace the cutleries twice a day instead of once. Since people do bring takeaway food and eat in the lounge during the evenings, the cutleries get used up a lot and very few is left out for when we go for breakfast in the mornings.
