"Loved the clean room and staff was amazing"

"The room was clean. It could use some updating, but it was perfectly clean. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast offerings. The staff was very pleasant."

"The outside was very pretty but OMG the inside was terrible. It seemed more like a hourly use hotel. We had booked a king room but when we arrived we were given a queen bed. Floor was sticky, bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky. The cabinets in the room were very old and scratched up. There was a huge heart shaped tub in the bedroom, not clean looking. It was unreal how bad it was but we were so tired and had to get up very early for a flight and decided to suck it up. We left to go eat and when we came back we decided to ask for a double bed room just to be able to sleep. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I have pictures but I don’t see where I can add them."

"Everything was cool when I got there"

"We booked a room over the weekend. Somehow the booking was scheduled wrong by Expedia and the hotel was SO accommodating. They realized the mistake was not ours and were MORE than willing to work with us and they even gave us a very decent discount. The morning/day time manager at the Fairfield Inn in Fairburn, Georgia on May 3rd, was outstanding in how she handled our situation. Thank you for taking care of us!"

"The room could use an upgrade"

"I rented this house for a 5 day stay, and when I arrived someone else was staying there. The owner said he tried to contact me, but I had received no emails nor any communication through VRBO, nor a refund since I had paid in full. I've tried to contact them twice now regarding my refund and no one has gotten back to me."
