"We never stayed. The contact person never gave us a key. She first claimed she didn't hv a vrbo then claimed she never received the money. In contacting vrbo they said they could not find us a new place until the next day. We had two infants and had bought groceries. We had to then rent a hotel room. I am totally disgusted. How could you let this happen. I feel we should be compensated for the money 180.00 we spent on groceries. This woman should be reported. This is fraud!"

There are a lot of rules and you definitely feel like you’re being monitored while there. Not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind. "
