"I REALLY enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had many healthy selections and good variety. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient and easy to find. The small shop in the hotel was well stocked with snacks and useful travel items. The only problem was no hot water when I wanted a shower. Maybe everyone else used it up and the system needed to make more. Check in/out was easy. Room was quiet even though I was near airport. I enjoyed having green tea in my room thanks to small kettle and cups in room and powdered tea packets in lobby."

"This hotel is ideally suited for a stay either at the end of your holiday or at the beginning of you are flying in or out of Narita Airport. Whilst rooms are small they have everything you need including USB charging facilities, fridge and a free bottle of water. The town has lots of eateries that were open late on the Saturday we stayed. Check-in was easy and the hotel has a restaurant too. Great value for money "

"Impecable stay at this facility. I encountered the nicest staff of all my stays throughout Japan, everyone cheerful, patient, and eager. Room was spotless and the beds are extremely comfortable. The black silica salt bath was an amazing experience. The included dinner was phenomenal and felt like an omakase experience. The breakfast left a little to be desired, however the hotel is on an amazing strip for small shops and food. My only regret is not staying another night, we will certainly be back!"
