サンダーボルト ホテル

「Great location. Parking was $50 per day. Place was very nice. Would book again. Beautiful city」

「The Staff was Second to None... Great experience Overall!」

「One of the two elevators was out. Room didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Previous visitors hair products were left on the ground in the room. Food crumbs were under the bed.」

「Very modern, super clean」

「Staff was absolutely amazing!」

「Hotel room was nice , beds cofortable, things that need to be updated is the bathtub needs to be replaced for a shower stall and the tv is old and does not have netflix on it but the remote does. Breakfast was good and free」

「Last minute hotel booking for us, we did this based off the reviews online. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The location is epic. You can’t get much better than right in the heart of the old district. Very convenient to walk around and go from the restaurants and bars. I would’ve given this a higher rating, but the hallways were very beat up and the road noise was very loud.」

「Great」

「We unfortunately had a poor experience during our stay at the Fairfield Inn location in the Savannah, GA historic district area. Sadly the greeting area prior to even checking in is managed by the 3rd party valet team. $48.00 overnight parking charge to misplace vehicle keys, Move the vehicle to the farthest location even after stating that I would be leaving for a reservation in 30min. Lastly upon our return of celebrating my wife's bday to the Hotel, VALET AGAIN!!! This time the attendant on...

「Room/ bathroom clean. Bed comfy, shower great pressure, clean linens daily Friendly staff which was a breath of fresh air when it feels like a lost art these days. Perfect location… dining/ shopping walking distance」

「Room had a bit of dirt on the floor when we arrived. Room service never came to replace towels during our stay, which was short. Having a fridge was nice, but we missed a microwave. On the last day, found a roach on the bed. Despite that, the combination of location and price meant it wasn't too terrible. Just keep expectations in check.」
