1. Your safety matters to us. There is a camera on the front porch of the home. THERE ARE NO OTHER RECORDING DEVICES ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
2. Quiet hours are between 10 pm to 8 am - please be respectful to our wonderful neighbors
3. Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If your home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 cleaning fee.
4. Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
5. ABSOLUTELY no parties or events allowed at our home

Pet Policy: Guests are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved pets however, we do require a $50 pet fee. Please supervise your pets at all times and comply with local leash laws. A non-refundable pet fee will be applied for additional cleaning and potential damages.
