Staff are extremely friendly and make us feel like home. Happy day is very good deal for person enjoy drinking. Bartenders are beyond expectation. However, the resort is under construction for new villas, which is noisy in the morning.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time at the Cauayan. We loved everything about it, the setting, the outstanding level of service, the nature surrounding it, the privacy. I particularly loved seeing turtles and baby sharks while snorkelling on the beach. We had two wonderful day trips to the nearby attractions and beauty spots and did some diving. Jeremiah deserves a special mention for making our trips even more enjoyable. We rarely go back to the same place, but the Cauayan might just become an exception.

Our stay at Cauayan was truly exceptional. The pre-arrival communication was smooth and efficient, and the airport transfer was seamless. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were particularly wonderful with our two young children, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere that made our holiday truly special. This was resort was stunning! The staff was so lovely and helpful! The food was plentiful and with lots of variety. There were lots of options for activities and the island hopping and snorkeling was something I won’t forget! I would definitely recommend the spa also!! Can’t say enough about this resort!!

This is a report on a private island. Resort was very natural. Restaurant and bar service was good. Many food choices and all food was good. The pool deck needs to be refinished as wood was splintering. Very friendly staff and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the stay at this property.

The resort gives you a feel of the Philippines with its hut villas. The people are the pride of this resort. They are friendly, courteous and kind. The tour, boat and land transfers are very well coordinated. The food is great. They offer a diverse selection of food. We had their signature massage as well. And it is heavenly.

A True Island Paradise – But the Incredible Staff

Our stay at Cauayan Island Resort was beyond five stars. The secluded, pristine location offered breathtaking views, making it a true island paradise. The all-inclusive dining exceeded expectations, with fresh, creative dishes and impeccable service, especially from Karl at the restaurant. What truly sets this resort apart is the incredible staff. Mac, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even assisting with extending our visit and rearranging flights. The front desk team, Krem and Joy, were always welcoming and helpful. A special mention to Ernil and Oden from the boat crew, who made our excursion unforgettable. The spa services were exceptional, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our high expectations. We can’t wait to return to this paradise.

MUST READ!

It was absolute perfection! This was our first time to the Phillippines, my suggestion is don’t stay in el nido town, stay your entire time at Cauayan, the hotel was incredible but the staff makes it a 10 star hotel. We were lucky enough to meet Gio, Cristian and Alrey from the pool bar, they were all so kind and welcoming, they make killer drinks and are always making sure you have the best time. Also look for Joy at the front desk, she will help with any issues you may have. Lastly , we truly enjoyed the service of Arniel at the restaurant, what a nice polite man. This hotel has a much better coral reef than any of the el nido tours, the beach is much more enjoyable than any el nido tours , so I highly recommend this place!!!!

While island hopping and hiking are wonderful offerings, incorporating additional on-site and land-based experiences can provide more variety and engagement. Some recommendations include: Non-Water On-Site Activities: • Pool Table / Billiards – Great for indoor entertainment during the evenings or rainy days. • Board Games & Card Sets – Readily available in the common lounge or for borrowing. • Foosball, Air Hockey, or Darts • Mini Library or Book Exchange Corner • Outdoor Movie Nights – Weekly or bi-weekly events can be a nice touch. • Local Cooking Classes or Cultural Demonstrations – Allow guests to immerse themselves in the local lifestyle. • Live Acoustic Music Nights – Especially during weekends or peak seasons. You will want to stay for more!!! Definitely one of our best stays in a resort. I can confidently say that this resort is of world class caliber. From pick up to departure, their team and staff always made sure that everything is facilitated and taken cared for. The attention to detail is impeccable that the whole experience is very personalized. Nestled in an isolated area, Cauayan resort guests can enjoy tranquility, peace and be one with nature. Complimented by the top notch service from their team and staff, there is nothing you can ask for but to wish that your stay could have been longer or that the experience will not end soon. The amenities are good and enough and I am sure could be better but the quality of service you get is what makes it standout and special. Honestly the most incredible holiday experience we have ever had! My husband and I holidayed with our 3 adult children and daughter in law! From the moment we arrived we felt as though we had been dropped into a luxury movie set! Too beautiful to be real! Gobsmacking natural beauty of coral reef and lush rainforest and the most perfect beach. The staff have clearly been hand picked to work here. Easy communication with English. Incredibly polite and accommodating with everything! The one and only restaurant was big and welcoming but also romantic for those wanting exclusion and privacy. There was a wonderful selection of fresh food and an extensive menu for all tastes. The bar was fully stocked with all spirits and beverages from all corners of the world and the cocktails were incredible. We stayed in the Bayview pool villa that was perched a steep 4 minute walk from the resort pool and restaurant. Phenomenal views. Our own private pool. We will be back most certainly
