Extremely friendly staff. Very clean room and perfect location near the ponte, vecchio and sights

The property is very centrally located if you don’t mind the lack of any kind of lobby or ambiance. The two brightest stars of the property are Leticia at the front desk and the woman who cleans the rooms. Leticia is friendly and helpful. Every arrangement we made with her was on-time and correct. Some of the other staff went about their business without a hello or even a smile. The young woman who cleans the rooms( didn’t get her name) was meticulous and always had a bonjourno and a smile! If you want a clean place to lay your head and don’t plan on spending too much time in your room, this is your choice.

Nice enough if your on a budget. Quiet area 10 mins from the cathedral... Bit run down but we needed something cheao and cheerful
