「Tutto bellissimo, unico neo con grandi inconvenienti riguarda la spa non sicuramente all'altezza della struttura, da ripristinare alcune postazione e la manutenzione scarsa, nel bagno turco c'era un odore stagnante,sgradevole e insopportabile , non sono riuscito ad usufruirne .」

「This is a great hotel. It's welcoming and clean. I am very comfortable and have stayed many, many times. My only problem is, I asked for a room with a pool view, but when I got there, I didn't get it. Still, it's always a nice stay. 」

「Excellent location over looking the Sassi. Excellent services. Rooms super comfortable with great amenities . If driving to Matera hotel will arrange a parking location outside of the property (very safe) will arrange pick up and drop off the parking location. Very well organized. Hotel has a roof top dinning location overlooking Matera and Sassi. Beautiful. The staff extremely helpful . Over all an excellent choice when staying in Matera. 」

「サッシ地区内という立地•個々の客室の配置計画•室内の設えと照明•親切なスタッフの案内など、全てが夢のように楽しいホテルでした。 ポーチのソファに座るだけで、とても気持ちいいです。 窓からはサッシ地区の路地を眺める事ができ、旧市街を体感できます。 近くには様々な歴史的建造物や、美味しいレストランとお土産屋さんがあり、楽しい時間が続きます。 また、生のピアノ演奏を聴きながらの朝食がとても素晴らしく、地下に洞窟住居の様子を見ることも出来ます。 サッシ地区の端っこや向かい側のBelvedereまで行きましたが、本当に素晴らしい都市とホテルでした。また訪れたいです。」
