I especially appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff at the front. I had read very critical reports, and almost didn't book with them. My experience was very different. This time, I stayed 3 nights. Hereafter, this hotel will be my first choice when I have future work in Sasebo.
I did not try the morning breakfast this time, but will next time.
I am an American, 89 years old, and somewhat handicapped. Without being asked, the staff reached out to help many times. While I am fluent in Japanese, they seemed ready to use English.
