到着すると同時に丁寧な対応をして頂きとても良かったです。 ウェルカムドリンクで頂いた和紅茶と羊羹がとても美味しかったです。 お部屋も広くて綺麗でした。お風呂が浴槽に段差がある事が分からず滑りそうになりましたが、お湯はとても気持ち良かったです。お庭も綺麗に手入れしてあって早朝の散策が気持ち良かったです。朝食の白米がとても美味しかったです。

お部屋、お風呂、食事どれも良かった。が値段相応。 唯一、案内スタッフが外国人で説明がよく聞き取れなかった。ほとんどが案内所に記載してあり読めば分かる内容、説明不要。聞き取りに努力するのに疲れた。今人手不足で旅館はどこも外国人だらけで仕方ないが。

- 非常貼身窩❤️服務服務 ，免費接送一至二小時車程至JR站。一上車有熱毛巾和菓子歡迎。入住後有專用的服務員，雖然英語不太流利，但看到她盡量解釋，敬業樂業。Checkout 時見其中一位朋友咳漱喉乾，專誠送上喉糖。 - 地處雲仙地獄溫泉正中，酒店被大小的溫泉包圍，好美自然景色。散步如身在仙境，不愧雲仙美名。 我必定介紹朋友去享受這酒店服務和美景
