A few issues. 1) They had to be nudged to send me the check-in instruction. 2) The windows have no views as they are placed right in front of the neighbors’ walls. 3) The AC in the den was not working. "We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the main tourist attractions in Nagasaki. Only a 15 minute drive to the Mountain view and a short walk to Chinatown, Dutch slopes and the Glover garden. The location was great. Even the carpark close by were cheap so having a car wasn’t an issue. The place was cosey and clean and it fit me and my 3 family members comfortably. "This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Huis Ten Bosch, as it's conveniently located right next to the park entrance. The service is exceptional and highly professional. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. There is a Family Mart inside the hotel. During our stay over the long weekend, the hot spring was quite crowded, but aside from that, I would definitely return."
