「I had a few issues with the hotel before I even arrived as I was contacted to say my booking was going to be cancelled 4 days before I was due to check in for some unknown reason. This did get rectified after I spoke to them but it was a stressful experience. The staff are extremely helpful and lovely, along with a nice view in a quiet area, but for the high price point I feel basic amenities lacked and feel has mainly let this hotel down, it’s really disappointing. 「Property is lovely but would not be suitable for elderly or those with hip or knee impairments as lots of stairs. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast location has an absolutely stunning view with friendly staff. Only negative was the shower … poor design, very small, no shelving.」
