「This is an absolutely amazing property. We stayed here for my daughter's wedding weekend. It was so perfect!I love the deco and all the supplies the house provided! We fully enjoyed sitting outside at the deck, even saw a family of deer one morning. All of the beds are very comfortable. Also, the backyard has a pathway to Alice's Restaurant!I can't wait to come back and enjoy the place some more in the future.」

There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home.」

「The estate was more beautiful in person. The property manager was very helpful and responded to all our questions. The estate was perfect for our whole family ranging from 21-92 years of age. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for casual dining and the chef's kitchen was incredible for our dinners. The movie room and kids room downstairs worked great for all the cousins. We had yoga classes on the lawn and had a tequila presentation in the beautiful bar area. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy...

「We had an event at this house, such a beautiful location and everything was so clean and well organized. Our guests couldnt stop raving about the location of the house. Must stay!! Also shoutout to Teddy for being an absolute lovely and accomodating host. He was really flexible with the check in and check out timjngs. 」

「We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. 」

「The hot tub did not work. And was not advised. Owner did not informed us and knew a month prior. We choose the property for the hot tub. Was very disappointed. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. otherwise the property was beautiful. The view was beautiful as well. We had a great time.」

「Arriving after a long flight from Australia, we were a bit stressed about where we were going to live over the next 2.5 months and whether it would support our lifestyle, love of nature, and desire to prepare our own healthy food. What a relief to arrive at Joseph & Shery's villa and receiving a warm welcome including a tour through the vast garden with select sitting areas under huge redwood trees, a beautiful veggie garden, and even a chicken stable. Moreover, they have their own water well...
