Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage that is reserved for storage. The Airstream trailer is also not for guest use.

Occupancy

Our property has different capacity limits depending on whether you are hosting an event or a standard stay:

Standard Accommodation: For non-event bookings, our standard limit is 8 people total for both day and night.

The Intimate Event Upgrade

Please inquire separately for a specific event quote based on details of your event.

Increased Capacity: Unlocking the property for up to 30 daytime guests (beyond our standard limit of 8). Regardless of the event, our overnight limit is strictly capped at 8 guests total.

Peace of Mind: To ensure your event remains seamless and stress-free, we provide a Priority Concierge Service. We proactively manage all neighborhood relations, and provide you with a direct line for rapid-response support so any needs are treated with top priority and your focus stays on your celebration.

Vendors & Coordination
Standard Vendors: We allow makeup artists, officiants, photographers, and videographers without additional fees.

Additional Setup: If you plan on bringing in a catering team, DJ/band, rentals, bartenders, or large décor, we require a mandatory coordination service for an extra fee. This includes a dedicated event manager assigned to you throughout the planning phase and on-site the day of your event. This ensures a stress-free experience for you while helping us remain respectful of our quiet mountain neighborhood.

Parking: Max 6 cars total on-site. Carpooling / rideshare is strongly encouraged. All vehicles must be parked on-site in the designated parking areas provided on the property. No parking is allowed on Comstock Mill Road or the shared driveway with 15998 Comstock Mill Road under any circumstances. This private road is narrow, and roadside parking can obstruct residents and emergency vehicles. There is ample space on the property to accommodate all guest vehicles.

The Neighborhood

This home is nestled in a very private, quiet location. Please be mindful of noise, especially while using the pool, as the property is located in a tight-knit community and noise travels. Most of the drive is on the highway, but the last mile or so of the drive is on a private, windy, bumpy, one way road. Please ensure this is something you’re comfortable with.

Other things to note:

- The pool is not heated and is supplied by the well. We have the pool professionally maintained on a weekly basis. However, since the property is nestled in natural redwoods, occasional leaves and debris may find their way into the pool.
- The last quarter mile of the drive contains a one lane, private road that does require a confident driver.
- While this house is pet-friendly, please be mindful that wild animals are expected in the woods, so any pets should not be left unattended outside during the day OR night.
- There can be minimal cell phone reception on the way to the house. Make sure that you have your map loaded before you make the drive.

We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
