Located in the heart of Ponta Delgada, north of Madeira Island, this hidden house, the best kept secret, in the middle of nature, is in great condition. Ideal for those looking for traditional accommodation, spacious and cosy, and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, good for resting, breathing fresh air and spending quality time with family. The property has a balcony perfect to have a coffee or tea, while enjoying the surrounding tranquility, listening to the sea.



This house stands out for its classic style and decoration, as well as for privileging the natural light, inside. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this house has capacity for a maximum of 5 people.



The house has reserved parking for guests on the street.



The house is located on the North Coast of Madeira Island, more specifically in the parish of Ponta Delgada, municipality of São Vicente. Take the opportunity to explore this location! Take in the views of the North Coast of the island by visiting the belvederes nearest the house. There are also mini-markets, some cafés and restaurants. In the surroundings you will find other points of interest such as Miradouro da Ladeira, Miradouro da Roca and Miradouro do Bom Jesus.



The village of São Vicente is a 10 minute drive from Ponta Delgada. There are some places to visit such as the locality of Fajã da Areia, where you can enjoy a rocky beach.

The city of Funchal is about 40 minutes away by car.

Great view

Great view - ocean, mountains, waterfall. Good starting point for hikes. The steps in the house from first to second floor are very small and steep. Not suitable for children and elderly people. Surroundings were absolutely quiet - the street up was closed at this time.
