This excellent accommodation is located in the northern area of Madeira island, in the middle of a mountainous zone, tranquil and isolated.

Comprised of a studio apartment with capacity for up to 2 people, spacious, with a privileged location, which invites moments of leisure and relaxation, also offering Wi-Fi access and free parking.

With a magnificent location, in a rural area of the island, ideal for enjoying Nature, its beauty and serenity. The Basalt House A accommodation offers comfortable and modern lodging, properly prepared with visitors in mind.

A Basalt House A consists of a living room, with a double bed with a support bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

We also provide, upon guests' request, a car rental service or scheduling of other services and activities to explore the island of Madeira.

This magnificent apartment is located 500 m from the supermarket "Café Ginjas", 4 km from the town "Vila de São Vicente", and also an excellent restaurant 5 km away, the "Caravela Restaurant". It is 6 km from the rocky beach "Baia dos Juncos", and just 12 km from the most beautiful black sand beaches of Madeira - the Seixal Beach".

The accommodation provides a paid airport transfer service.

Beautiful affordable property in the mountains

nestled further up in the mountains this place in Sao Vicente had everything needed for a nice stay! It’s been very nicely refinished, patio is nice to relax. It’s a very quiet peaceful area with a nice Mountain View. I personally didn’t read it was only Mountain View when I booked so was a bit bummed when I realized there was no ocean view (drone pics) it was still one of my favourite stays on Madeira! Comfy bed!
