Funcionários extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos. Só foram muito rígidos no Check in e Check out. Estávamos comemorando aniversário de Casamento e era a primeira vez no Hotel. Em outros hotéis que fomos para a mesma comemoração, sempre ofereceram algum tipo de Cortesia… UpGrade de quarto, Late Check-out ou Early Check-in… No Unique Garden, nada do tipo… Enfim, lugar lindo e agradável.

Ok. O preço do almoço pelas opções que oferecem é assustador. O cardápio do jantar também. Valores muito além da qualidade. A arquitetura do hotel é bem confusa, o que me deixou bem incomodada. Não tem nenhuma unidade. Mas o atendimento é ótimo. Os profissionais são muito agradáveis

Paz, encanto e emoção definem este lugar

Incrível!!! Sem palavras, dar 5 estrelas é pouco para o que este lugar merece, chorei quando vim embora, se você deseja ser encantado não escolha outro lugar! Só faltam te segurar no colo, me senti mimada por toda equipe que é impecável! Quero agradecer principalmente ao Andre! Atenção hotel este rapaz é um ser de Luz, que nos atendeu na piscina e também fazendo nosso delicioso macarrão show dentro do queijo no jantar, ele vale ouro!!! Abrilhantou nossa estadia! Tão incrível tudo… o quarto era delicioso, a natureza é real, dá pra relaxar da correria do dia a dia tão perto de São Paulo ( foi 50 minutinhos e o ar já era outro!) sou fã de resorts mas este é AAA superou os diversos que ja conhecemos, virou nosso Top 1, e o trabalho que fazem com os animais carentes me emocionou, encantou minha família! Este hotel resgata de maus tratos desde animais silvestres que não se adaptariam mais na natureza, até cães e gatinhos abandonados, que trabalho lindo! Que estrutura! Sinceramente antes de conhecer estava achando o valor meio salgado, mas depois de tudo que vivemos estes dias e depois que vemos TUDO o que fazem por estes aproximadamente 300 seres que dependem do hotel vemos o quando é DOCE!!! Vou voltar COM TODA CERTEZA e experimentar outros tipos de quartos pois são diversos!! Eu e minha família viramos fãs de cada detalhe, desde os chocolatinhos com pistache antes de dormir, até a estrutura realmente incrível com piscinas deliciosas e comida de alta qualidade! Parabéns!!!!!!!

Ótimo atendimento desde a chegada! Destaque para o André, atendente do jantar e Gabriela, atendente do Kitanda! O que precisa ser revisto é a limpeza dos tapetes da sala e do banheiro que não sei com que frequência são limpos e percebi que estavam manchados e sujos. Os tomates que são oferecidos na entrada poderiam ser repostos todos os dias com o tempero a parte! São uma delícia e fiquei com vontade de comer sempre 😃! Dica: pedir no café da manhã os Ovos Benedict e a Rabanada! Uma delícia! Menu degustação muito bem servido e com comidas deliciosas!
