"We loved our stay here, from the location to the amenities insides! The breakfast every morning was abundant and delicious and the staff even catered to us when our kids woke up a little late. The kids space inside was so fun along with the rooftop pool, with beautiful views! The location right across from the beach was perfect and having the mall attached (also with fun kids spaces) was just the right touch for our family. My only complaint is that the hotel staff expected birth certificates...

"I arrived early so couldn't check in yet but the desk clerk Aline was very friendly and stored my baggage for me and invited me to rest on the first floor. I paid for breakfast and enjoyed buffet for 23 BR REALS. Aline could speak good English and was always helpful . The other staff were good too but don't speak English. There is a proper kitchen with plates etc but no kettle or stove . There is separate bedroom and living room - both air conditioned and a tv in both. There is a supermarket...

"Foi um diária terrível. Cheiro de mofo e sujeira a vista na recepção e no apto. Impossível de respirar no quarto c/ janelas fechadas por causa do cheiro de mofo. Minha rinite atacou e precisei de medicação (na farmácia). Falta de higiene e limpeza no chão, nas paredes e principalmente no banheiro do apto. Box enferrujado, torto, caindo. Toalha de piso suja e molhada. Janela sem manutenção e cortinas sujas e quebradas. Frigobar velho, detonado, sujo, painel quebrado e sem nada dentro. Não há...
