Fantastic property! Couldn’t ask for a better location to explore Mallorca. The apartment was extremely central to Palma with easy access to public transport. Inside, it was spacious, incredibly clean with every amenity thought of. We travelled as a group of 4 girls and there was plenty of space. Our host was helpful and extremely proactive meaning our check-in and checkout process was seamless. There is even a luggage room with a lavatory/ dressing area. We very much look forward to returning and thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was okay overall, but overpriced . The rooms are not soundproof, and noise from outside and other guests is easily heard. Basic amenities, such as body lotion, were also missing. The staff could have been more flexible, and the pictures are misleading, as the hotel is across the road from the beach, not directly by the water. Overall, it felt more like a 4-star experience than a 5-star one. We stayed only one night, but these were our main observations.

While this hotel was boujie & offered something different to our other hotel on this trip (El Llorenc) and has a superb location (just at the top of main shopping street) we felt it was a one or two night place. As the facilities are very limited ( no pool, no spa, no rooftop) its also very dark & dowdy ( in the nicest way) so for a romantic final night of our trip it was lovely. But wouldnt want to spend more than a night or two here. I appreciate the vibe of the hotel is one of a rustic moorish house, but we felt it was just a bit too rough around the edges, either poor finish on the original build or not maintained too well. Also in places & a bit dusty in room. For the cost id expect a better 'rustic' ) The location is great though
