「Very friendly and helpful staff」

「All was incredible from suite to staff great. But the day supervisor needs to learn about hospitality. Lillia and rest or crew were great! I’ll be back」

「This is not my first time, but every time I am in Santa marta I go back because everything is good. The food buffet was great the drinks the staff around the pool anything you need they get it for you」

「Very nice hotel」

「Wifi didn't work! None of the staff - no one - knew the wifi password! Hot water in the shower didn't work. Breakfast should have embarrased them. For a cheap hotel, close to the beach, it was OK. Just come with low expectations.」

「It’s always the best private beach when I come to Santa Marta my cousin had a wedding there and pretty much it’s incredible energy and it’s the feeling of being in someone’s beautiful home」

「Would have liked an updated room.」

「Everything 」

「The room was clean and very spacious and comfortable. It’s only in place restaurant served good food, but prices are elevated. Most of the amenities and all other restaurants are in the complex, but be prepared to take long walks back and forth. Their breakfast buffet is excellent. Walking to the beach will set you 10 min back. And their access road is in deplorable condition.」
