Great place to stay. I didn expected to be that nice..it really was and clean I stood at the lago. It was very close to the main pool..it was just perfect Cab/uber ride to rodadera it isnt far quick cheap ride l, and to the city of santa marta it isnt far either.. It is a very nice place

I made this reservation for my mom, she said it was a amazing! Beautiful property on the beach, nice restaurants, pool and nature. Her room has a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean! She did say that all staff was so nice & helpful! You don’t have to leave the hotel for anything, and she enjoyed very much her stay there! Will come back!

The Hotel is very nice, The staff is very friendly and competitive but Expedia is promoting a false advertising. This place is not all inclusive, VIP doesn’t exist!! I spent my whole vacation waiting for Expedia to “resilve” the issue necer heard from them!! Thinking about if I would use Expedia again to buy my vacation.

This is a very nice resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. One thing to improve would be to lift the restrictions to order food from the swimming pools from 12 to 3 pm because they want to force people to go to the restaurants for lunch, but people should be free to choose.

The place is so beautiful, people are kind and helpful. however they charge me more on top of what i paid to expedia, for expedia had not informed. Also the issue with towels, i think a five star hotel should not be so mean with changing towels

I really loved the hotel. The bungalow rooms are nice. You see nature and the beach is nice. Sand is dark but soft. Breakfast buffet is very good. Food at the restaurants is very good and not expensive at all. Every one was very friendly. I would like to come back again.

This is a perfect place for families and people looking to get away. You truly don't have to leave the property. All food options were tasty and the staff was incredible.
