The apartment is very good and has a great balcony with sea view. The hotel food is good and have different restaurants options. Access to the beach is easy. Friendly staff and good service, especially the security personnel at the beach. Will go back on my next travel.

It felt really safe to be in the hotel. Security guards were very aware and asked questions to make sure that guests were going into the right taxi and only guests were going into the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be coming here for my next time in Santa Marta.

Had to call for toilet not working three times, the room floors were not clean, the jacuzzi was not operative as requested, menu was limited and breakfast, they served water pineapple juice…more water than juice, scrambled eggs were overcooked, staff not familiar with services in the resort….and I paid for a presidential suit!…the road to the hotel was horrible

A wonderful place to stay in Santa Marta. You won’t even want to get out of the resort because everything you may need is there. It’s also huge, so a lot of options. Nature all around, really friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
