From its elevated perch, Casa Atalaya offers unmatched views of the Sangre de Cristo and Jemez Mountains, along with the twinkling city lights of Santa Fe. Whether you’re watching a vibrant sunrise or a fiery sunset, the scenery here is nothing short of spectacular.



This home is perfectly suited for both relaxation and remote work. With high-speed Xfinity internet, mesh WiFi, smart TVs, and a spacious desk, you can stay connected while feeling completely away from it all. Thoughtful details like Frette linens, five fireplaces, air conditioning, and a heated driveway make the home as comfortable as it is luxurious.



LIVING AREA

The top floor of Casa Atalaya features a stunning open-concept living space where indoor and outdoor living merge seamlessly. The second level houses three guest suites and a laundry room. The first guest suite features a king bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom. The second guest suite offers a queen bed and a twin bed, perfect for families or friends traveling together. The third guest suite includes two twin trundle beds that can be converted into king beds and has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.



Updated bathrooms include luxurious Carrara marble countertops, frameless glass shower doors, and soaking tubs, offering a truly spa-like experience.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The outdoor spaces at Casa Atalaya are as spectacular as the interiors.
