「i don't usually write reviews but figure that this one was worth it. I'd say like all properties and experiences, your expectations matter a lot. So, if you're going to Santa Clause, IN, you're likely going to Holiday World as part of the trip. And if that's what you're doing and using this hotel for, it is perfect.
Location is great, maybe 2 minutes drive to Holiday World parking. It is an easy walk or drive to grocery, 1-2 restaurants, etc in case you need to supply up and/or feed your crew....
「Our stay was very satisfactory. It was very clean. It’s perfect location for Holiday World, 10min away. Service was good. Breakfast goes quick and it’s in a smallish space but the majors are offered. All areas were very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great. We will stay again. 」
「There truly is only one issue. Not only did inpay hotels.com, but then i was required to give them a credit card for incidentals. They put a 100.00 charge against my card. I assumed once the room was checked after checkout the charge would drop off. It didnt. I called and they said it would be 1 to 5 days before it would drop off. This is unacceptable. Now i will have to check daily to make sure charge is reversed. This should be stated on yoir website.」
「Two lights missing in the bathroom fixer two lights in the bedroom would not work back door. Hotel would not lock when you come in and out who owners and Hotel needs quite a bit of attention.」
「Friendly staff. Room was ok for the price. Only terrible thing was there was no curtains on the window. The sun came up by 530 AM and so it was bright in the room! 」
