The Isla de Santa Clara (Santa Clara Island, or Santa Klara uhartea in Basque language) is a lovely little island in San Sebastián in the Basque Country of northern Spain. Visit for its charming lighthouse, port, sandy beach, lovely chiringuito (small beach bar) and spectacular views.
The island has a fantastic location in the heart of the beautiful Bahía de la Concha (Concha Bay) and between the well-known mountains Monte Urgull and Monte Igueldo. Look for its charming white lighthouse and enjoy delicious paella (Spanish dish usually made from rice, shellfish and vegetables) sitting on the quiet terrace of the chiringuito.
