「I spent one week at Amankaya and had a great time! Fernando is an amazing host that always goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The location is a bit secluded from everything but theres a boat that can pass by the lakehouse 3x a day which makes accessing all of the other villages very easy. 「Poor communication to enter the property, had to wait outside for 10 minutes in the night. The owner eventually came to open the door, but calls and text were not answered. The owner was very nice and once inside was responsive to texts. The room was very pretty as well. 」

「This hotel is really unique and really feels integrated with the nature around it. It was very clean, comfortable, and had great views. But the best part about our experience there was the staff. The manager was so helpful and kind. I had mistakenly booked for the wrong date and booked an extra day (not sure how I managed that).
