The mattress was really hard, one of the most uncomfortable mattress i have ever encountered in my lifetime. The view was nice from my room and the hotel has a beautiful aesthetic. The staff is nice.

Beautiful hotel

Breathtaking views, beautiful aesthetic, very attentive and kind staff. Keep in mind there is no A/C or fan in the room, but in March with the window open, we slept fine.

Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.

Privileged location to enjoy stunning views. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Prepare to negotiate plenty of stair. If driving, going up to the parking area can be challenging.

I have had this property on my radar for years because i have seenit all over social media. The room was beautiful and clean. The only thing was the water drainage was a little sluggish in the shower and the water pressure was not great. Otherwise, the property was absolutely beautiful especially the money shot of the infinity pool with the Volcanoes in the background. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Extraordinario nivel de servicio y, sin duda, tiene de las mejores vistas del lago de Atitlán. La habitación fue extraordinaria, muy amplia y cómoda, la tuna con vista al lago fue una grata sorpresa!!! El acceso puede ser complicada por la subida y las curvas cerradas para llegar al hotel, pero igual se puede resolver y el personal del hotel está al pendiente en todo momento para subsanar este tema.

It was low season but we got grate service, upgrade, early breakfast, ride to the closest restaurant when their own was closed. It is not walk distance to the town, but it was the calm and nice surroundings that we was looking for.

The property was absolutely amazing. Love every little corner. The views, the pool, the staff was wonderful. The only thing that I would have to say I need was a better WiFi. My room had no WiFi and I had to step out to actually use WiFi. But other than that I was overwhelmed with the beauty of the place.

The staff at this property were amazing! When our taxi driver didn't show up on time to take us to the airport on the day we had to leave, the owner went out of his way to contact the father of one of his staff members to take us to the airport so we didn't miss our flight. Talk about going above and beyond! The breakfast every morning were amazing. everything that we ordered from the kitchen was delicious. we enjoyed the infinity pool and the hot tub, now only if we could have gotten some better weather to see the volcanoes more clearly. The rooms are not brand new but are nice and clean, the staff is top notch and make you feel like family. Would stay there again.

My fiance and I had a fantastic stay at Tzam Poc Resort and highly recommend it. The staff is outstanding and the amenities are superb — the infinity pool, the hot tub, the wood-burning sauna/steam room, the view from our private deck, a candle-lit dinner on our private deck overlooking the lake and volcanos, and beautiful breakfasts each morning on the glorious patio — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our concierge, Darwin, is incredibly accommodating — running up the stairs to our balcony to serve us cold cervesa upon our arrival to booking a private tour of the lake — he made sure every part of our stay was to our liking. The only negative comment we could make is the water pressure in the shower and lukewarm temperature could definitely improve.
