「Nice, clean, beautiful surroundings. 」

「The hotel was pleasant and well kept for the most part. The pool could use some maintenance, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the customer service by the woman in the front office was lacking. Three of the people in our party were leaving at 5am the next morning to hike a volcano. Because breakfast was included in our stay and they wouldn't be there for it, I asked if the kitchen could please give them something simple to take, even just bread, and she said that...
