I Loved this place! Nestled deep in the mountains with beautiful views of the volcano. The restaurant there has great food. We did the hike offered though the hotel to the Santa Ana volcano and I loved it because it was private and they go at your pace. If you come to El Salvador, this is a must!
Clean property, friendly staff and amazing views. We did the hike up the volcano at sunrise and it was beautiful. Restaurant food was good not great. The hotel itself doesn’t have a pool it’s located in front of the restaurant which was not ideal for us. The bathroom water wasn’t working for a couple hours which was inconvenient. Overall it was a great stay and the views made it worth it for sure
Beautiful place to stay, the staff went out of their way to help us, exelent view. The only thing is the road to get in the property is very bumpy and narrow enough for only one car at a time. I would highly recommend this place.
Beautiful view of the volcano! They had a good restaurant on property and good hiking trails and offered tours to the volcano. It is a hidden gem for sure.
Beautiful views!! There are some hiking and mountain biking trails on the grounds, and a small coffee farm. Besides that there isn’t a whole lot to do so I suggest 2-3 days at most. Breakfast is included in your stay but for all your other meals you only have the choice of the restaurant, which had good food but it is a separate fee.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room I was assigned smelled like sewer. The restaurant service was as good as a holiday inn. Terrible.
Beautiful grounds, well manicured and staff attentive. Views were spectacular and one of a kind. Volcano views and evening town lights were magical. Volcanic group hike was challenging but definitely worth it. Our tour guide was excellent and well informed. Only regret was not staying longer.
Very clean and modern property with friendly staff. The rooms have an amazing view and there is breakfast and dining options available. Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in this area.
The staff has among the nicest people we’ve ever encountered. While you are on a secluded areas and only one restaurant to eat the accommodation were excellent and the view is breathtaking. There are many activities to participate in and reasonably priced. Definitely a must stay in hotel.
The staff was nice, the view was great. The hotel lacks a little care and small essential items:
Bottled water more frequently, toilet paper, way more towels needed and more food and snack options would've been greatly appreciated. We constantly had to ask for every single thing and the lqck of wifi and signal in the rooms was annoying.
The views are breathtaking, the staff is lovely and the convenient location for hikes is amazing.
I would only advise visitors to either go with a rental/their cars or have drop off/pick up already planned ahead as is not easy to get transport around.
